You will review CCC estimates, calculate fees, and communicate clearly with shops and clients while staying organized in a remote setting. Previous customer service experience and strong negotiation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in client/customer service is required.
• Strong negotiation skills are essential.
• Knowledge of auto insurance and repairs is a plus.
• Ability to read CCC estimates is beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate directly with repair shops to manage and settle advance charges.
• Make outbound calls to handle assigned claims efficiently.
• Review and interpret CCC estimates and total loss charges accurately.
• Perform precise calculations to assess fees for shops and tow yards.
• Communicate clearly via email and phone with a client-oriented approach.
• Support colleagues and foster a culture of accountability.
• Manage time effectively and stay organized in a remote setting.
