• Strong written and verbal communication; able to multi-task across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collect vehicle information and complete initial and supplemental estimates via photos or in person.
• Explain coverage and guide insureds through the claims process with remarkable service.
• Provide technical support to claim handlers on vehicle repair issues and assess reparability.
