Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collect vehicle information from repair shops or customers and complete initial and supplemental estimates via photos or in person.
• Explain coverage, estimate vehicle damage, and guide insureds through the claims process with care.
• Provide technical support to claim handlers on vehicle repair issues.
