Formación

• Auto collision repair or auto damage estimating experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task across technical platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Compile vehicle data and prepare initial and supplemental estimates.
• Explain coverage and guide insureds through the claims process.
• Provide technical support to claim handlers on vehicle repair issues.
• Evaluate vehicle damage, causation, and bid content from photos or in person.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and repair shops.
