State Farm seeks an Auto Estimator in Las Vegas, NV for a Remote-Field role that splits time between virtual estimates and in-person appointments with body shops and customers. You will be based in Las Vegas and may travel within the territory to support claims and repairs.

Qualifications

• Auto collision repair, auto damage estimating, and/or auto insurance appraiser experience.
• Excellent customer service, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to multi-task; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Collect vehicle information from repair shops or customers and complete estimates via photos or in person.
• Explain coverage and guide insureds through the claims process with exceptional service.
• Provide technical support to claim handlers on vehicle repair issues.
• Evaluate bid content, photo documentation, causation, and reparability issues.
• Answer inbound/outbound calls to customers and repair shops.
• Maintain top-tier customer service throughout the claims process.
