Qualifications

• Physical agility to inspect vehicle damage and create estimates
• Valid driver's license required

Responsibilities

• Collect vehicle information and complete estimates via photos or in person
• Explain coverage to insureds and assist through the claims process
• Use automated estimating systems to prepare repair estimates
• Provide technical support to claim handlers on repair issues
• Evaluate vehicle damage, reparability, and bid content
• Communicate with customers and repair shops via calls
