CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an Associate Auto Claims Advisor for a remote, home-based role across the United States. You will handle non-injury auto and property damage claims, verify coverages, conduct liability investigations, and communicate with insureds and repair facilities.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or 2 years' customer-facing virtual experience, 2+ years in customer service, and the ability to work flexible shifts. Training is 6 weeks, Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm PT.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or 2 years of customer-facing virtual environment experience.
• 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Investigates, evaluates, negotiates and settles auto and property damage claims.
• Explain policy, coverage and appropriate course of action to customers.
• Open claims and obtain required information from insured, claimant and others.
• Maintain diary system and ensure required reviews within state guidelines.
