Job summary

Novogradac seeks a Senior Accountant to manage audit and attest engagements, mentoring staff and building client relationships. You’ll work with CPA-exam candidates and pursue licensure while delivering high-quality service within our audit practice.

Based in Naples, FL, this role emphasizes supervision, process improvement, and timely delivery. Experience in public accounting and strong Excel/reporting skills are valued, with remote/hybrid options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance; 2–3 years public accounting experience or equivalent balance of education and work experience.
• CPA exam sitting or passed sections is a plus.
• Strong understanding of accounting and auditing rules.

Responsibilities

• Complete audit/attest projects with minimal oversight.
• Conduct engagement reviews and manage engagements.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to profitability.
• Mentor Staff Accountants and supervise work.
• Pursue CPA licensure if not yet obtained.
• Other duties as assigned.
