Novogradac & Company LLP seeks an experienced professional to lead client engagements, ensuring effective planning, staffing and timely delivery. You will supervise staff, mentor others, and partner with Principals to pursue new clients while enhancing service quality and client value.

The role emphasizes turning technical knowledge into strategic opportunities, contributing to firm publications, and participating in training and recruiting activities to grow the practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred.
• 5-8 years of public accounting experience or equivalent.
• CPA license strongly preferred.
• Expert understanding of GAAP and U.S. auditing standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong professional judgment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, staffing, timing, and issues on client engagements.
• Supervise and mentor staff, including guiding development opportunities.
• Assist Principals and Partners in meeting and pursuing new clients.
• Turn technical knowledge into high value‑added opportunities for clients.
• Promote the firm’s image through panels, publications, trainings and events.
