Job summary

GN Group seeks an Aud Fitting Support Advisor to provide audiological and technical support for hearing aid fitting and product information. You will troubleshoot software/hardware issues across multiple platforms and collaborate with Customer Service, Quality Engineering, Product Management and Sales.

The role emphasizes ongoing training, documentation of customer interactions, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of audiology, amplification, and computer hardware/software.

Qualifications

Masters or Doctoral degree in Audiology.
State Licensure, CCC-A, or equivalent.
2+ years experience in clinical Audiology and Hearing Instrument Dispensing.
Experience with GN products preferred.
Hearing aid manufacturing and/or industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide audiological and technical support for hearing aid fitting and product information.
Troubleshoot software/hardware issues across multiple software platforms.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions in designated systems.
Participate in internal product and software training.
