Job summary

GN seeks an audiology support specialist to provide technical and clinical assistance for hearing aid fitting and product information across current and discontinued product lines and multiple software platforms.

You will troubleshoot issues, collaborate with Sales, Training, and Product teams, and stay current on amplification and hardware, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality. This is a full-time role with flexible work environments.

Qualifications

• Masters or Doctoral degree in Audiology.
• State Licensure, CCC-A, or equivalent.
• 2+ yrs experience in clinical Audiology and Hearing Instrument Dispensing.
• GN products experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide audiological and technical support for hearing aid fitting and product information troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Quality Engineering, Product Management, R&D, Software Engineering and Sales to ensure quality and satisfaction.
• Report software/product discrepancies and escalate with Product Management and Global Audiology.
• Conduct internal product and software training with local teams.
• Document customer interactions in company systems.
• Act as audiologic support and training resource for internal and external customers.
• Maintain knowledge through continuing education on audiologic and hardware/software issues.
• Complete product training on new releases across channels.
• Handle short-term technical projects.
