Job summary

GN Group is seeking a Field Training Audiologist to train customers on ReSound products, provide audiology support including fittings, and troubleshoot in field settings. The role requires extensive travel and collaboration with sales teams to improve product adoption and customer outcomes.

The candidate should hold AuD or PhD (Master’s considered), possess an active Audiology license, and have clinical amplification experience.

Qualifications

• AuD or PhD in Audiology required; Master’s considered.
• Current state license in Audiology.
• Clinical experience fitting patients with amplification.
• Ability to travel 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer training using Adult Learning Principles.
• Support US sales teams to promote ReSound products.
• Create training needs assessments and plans with measurable outcomes.
• Communicate account information to territory sales teams.
• Support national conventions and in-clinic training sessions.
• Demonstrate products during launch trainings.
• Provide resources to develop customer business growth.
• Schedule travel within guidelines and maintain records.
