Job summary

GN Group in the GN Hearing family is seeking a Remote Audiologist to extend accessible hearing care through telemedicine. You’ll work with our operations and customer experience teams to deliver best-in-class service to clients nationwide.

Responsibilities include gathering case history, interpreting tests, dispensing and fitting hearing aids via phone or video, and training clients to use tele-health tools, with compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active Audiologist license in good standing (licensure in additional states is a plus).
• 3+ years of experience dispensing and fitting hearing aids for adults, preferably with remote fitting software.
• Current CCC-A certification from ASHA, or a passed Praxis within 12 months.
• Weekday availability to maintain a consistent schedule, plus rotating weekend coverage.
• Clear, compassionate communication and problem-solving in patient care.

Responsibilities

• Use clinical expertise to gather case history, interpret hearing tests and determine candidacy.
• Build rapport and gather client history.
• Dispense, fit, and troubleshoot hearing aids via phone or video.
