Job summary

Keywords Studios is seeking a Planning Coordinator to support the Audio Localization team by organizing daily and weekly recording schedules and coordinating voice talents, Directors, Sound Operators, and studios. You will ensure sessions run efficiently, handle last-minute changes, and maintain records with confidentiality.

The role involves coordinating with Production Coordinators and Project Managers, managing calendars, and negotiating ad hoc rates under the studio manager's strategy.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong ability to organize and manage multiple schedules.
• Experience with production coordination, booking, planning or localization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize daily and weekly recording schedules for internal and external studios.
• Book talents, directors, operators and recording rooms for sessions.
• Confirm availability of resources and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Maintain accurate session records and prep materials for sessions.
