Job summary

Crunchyroll is seeking an ADR Audio Manager to oversee audio post-production for anime dubbing, ensuring staffing and technical support across studios. You will mentor ADR staff, coordinate with producers and directors, and handle sensitive information with discretion.

You will oversee engineering coverage for 12 studios, assist with technical support for recording studios, and collaborate with the Senior Audio Manager to meet deadlines while maintaining high production standards.

Qualifications

Good understanding of anime dubbing.
I**n**-depth experience in postproduction audio for broadcast or theatrical projects (7+ years).
Includes 3+ years of supervising/mentoring teams.
Experience with Pro Tools, Source Connect, Jira, and Microsoft Word.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Onsite availability for five days a week.

Responsibilities

Ensure all 12 studios have full engineering coverage for all shifts.
Assist with technical support for recording studios.
Support and mentor ADR staff to achieve development goals.
Coordinate with Senior Audio Manager, producers, directors, mixers, and production assistants.
Maintain discretion with sensitive information and materials.
