Job summary

NBCUniversal's StudioPost department is seeking a Post-Production Planning Coordinator to support day-to-day scheduling for the Picture Department across TV and Mastering projects. You will liaise with clients to schedule picture services and maintain department schedules in ScheduAll.

This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication with talent and clients, and the ability to coordinate remote playbacks and special requests to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education or experience in post-production picture finishing.
• 3+ years of experience in post-production scheduling, operations or producing.
• 2+ years of experience with scheduling programs (i.e. ScheduleAll).

Responsibilities

• Manage picture department booking needs for TV and mastering projects.
• Identify available services for incoming projects with operations.
• Confirm bookings and negotiate session dates with clients.
• Coordinate remote playbacks with clients and engineering.
• Maintain and update resources in ScheduAll.
• Track talent availability and communicate schedules.
• Review pre-bills for department services and overages.
• Attend meetings as needed.
