Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking an ATM Help Desk Technician to join our Technical Operations Center on 2nd shift and weekends. The role provides technical phone support to field technicians and aims to maintain high ATM availability in a 24x7 environment.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or relevant certifications, strong communication skills, and the ability to work nights. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and coordinate with clients and vendors

Qualifications

• Associate degree in CS or tech discipline.
• Certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, Unix/Linux, ITIL Foundations, or CompTIA.
• Equivalent work experience in a similar role (1+ year).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical phone support to ATM Field Service Technicians.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, services, and network issues.
• Ensure high availability for ATM fleet in a 24x7x365 environment.
• Coordinate with Client team and Vendors to resolve escalations.
