Qualifications

• 2–3 years in technical support or IT operations.
• Experience troubleshooting across multiple platforms.
• Experience analyzing system logs.
• Experience with Jira, SMAX, PagerDuty or ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity/CSIRT alerts.

Responsibilities

• Review Vista, 1T, Payment One, and FCC logs and monitor issues.
• Open and track tickets using Jira, SMAX, PagerDuty, and ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot ATM-related issues with field technicians.
• Verify deployments and prepare deployment reports.
• Respond to technical requests via email.
• Monitor CSIRT/cybersecurity alerts and escalate as needed.
