Job summary

Everforth ECS is seeking a Senior Atlassian Engineer/Help Desk Lead to work remotely for a federal client. You will administer Jira and Confluence, configure workflows, dashboards, and advanced filters, and translate requirements into scalable configurations while delivering user training.

You will guide a migration from Atlassian Datacenter to Atlassian Government Cloud, mentor migration developers, and collaborate with stakeholders to support mission delivery in a dynamic federal environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field or 7+ years of relevant experience.
7+ years administering Jira and Confluence for software development and/or operations teams.
Working knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban and how they are implemented within Jira.
Experience with Atlassian Datacenter migration to SaaS (Atlassian Government Cloud) environment.

Responsibilities

Lead Atlassian engineering and help desk activities for a federal client.
Administrate Jira and Confluence, configure workflows, dashboards, and filters.
Translate business requirements into technical configurations and provide user training.
Support Atlassian Datacenter migration to Gov Cloud and mentor migration developers/engineers.
