Job summary

Everforth ECS is seeking a Senior Atlassian Engineer / Migration Lead to work remotely with a federal customer. You will administer Jira and Confluence, design configurations, and deliver scalable solutions while supporting migration to Atlassian Government Cloud.

The role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders and experience in dashboards, data modeling, and Forge development. You will lead a small team of migration developers/engineers, ensuring secure, compliant operations and timely

Qualifications

US Citizen with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in related field or 7+ years of relevant experience.
7+ years of experience administering Jira and Confluence for software development and/or operations teams.
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) in Jira.
Experience developing dashboards and advanced filters for leadership metrics.
Familiarity with forms/reporting design, data modeling, and scalable configurations.
Prior experience in federal consulting or government contracting.
Experience migrating Atlassian Datacenter to SaaS (Atlassian Government Cloud).
Extensive development experience with Atlassian Forge.

Responsibilities

Administer Jira and Confluence environments, configure, maintain, and optimize platforms.
Analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements across Atlassian tool suite.
Lead migration efforts to Atlassian Government Cloud and mentor migration developers/engineers.
Translate business requirements into technical configurations and provide user training.
Collaborate with federal customers and stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.
