Job summary

Everforth ECS is seeking an Atlassian IT Service Manager to work remotely for a federal client. You will analyze requirements, design Jira/Confluence solutions, and implement enhancements to streamline workflows and support mission delivery.

As Jira/Confluence administrator, you will configure, maintain, and optimize the platforms, translate business needs into technical configurations, and deliver user training to ensure adoption and ongoing value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience administering Jira and Confluence for software development and/or operations teams.
• Familiarity with forms and reporting design, data modeling, and scalable configuration solutions for large organizations.
• US Citizen with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience developing JSM solutions.

Everforth ECS is seeking Atlassian IT Service Manager to work remotely. We are seeking a creative, meticulous, and tenacious Atlassian Engineer to join our team supporting a federal customer. In this role, you will work directly with customers and stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements across the Atlassian tool suite to improve collaboration, streamline workflows, and support mission delivery. You will serve as an administrator for Jira and Confluence environments-configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the platforms to meet evolving project and organizational needs. The Atlassian Engineer will also help translate business requirements into technical configurations, document system processes, and deliver user training to ensure adoption and effectiveness. This position offers the opportunity to apply both technical expertise and business analysis skills to deliver impactful, scalable solutions that enable teams to operate efficiently in a dynamic federal environment. This opportunity will be assisting Atlassian Datacenter migration to Atlassian Government Cloud (SaaS).

• Salary Range: $130,000-$160,000
