Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Atlassian Specialist to administer Jira and other Atlassian products, support clients through implementation and optimization, and help drive sales through solutions. The role supports on-call duties and requires Atlassian certifications as part of ongoing professional development.

Remote work from anywhere in the United States is encouraged, with a focus on client satisfaction, process improvement, and content creation about the Atlassian ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year in a client service, technical support, or help desk role. Jira administrator preferred.
• Ability to administer Atlassian products, troubleshoot issues, and guide implementation and configuration.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for multi-client support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and business audiences.
• Analytical problem-solving to identify root causes and craft effective solutions.
• Confidence advising clients on best practices and recommendations.
• Team-oriented mindset with collaboration and feedback.
• Proactive, independent work style and accountability for results.
• Willingness to obtain Atlassian certifications and expand technical knowledge.
• US work authorization and willingness to complete background checks.

Responsibilities

• Administer Atlassian products and support clients with implementation, configuration, and optimization.
• Provide on-call support outside standard hours and respond to outages to meet SLAs.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and client services for better solutions.
• Obtain Atlassian certifications and earn Pro Skills badges.
• Support sales through proposals, renewals, and quarterly reviews.
• Create Atlassian ecosystem content including blog posts and white papers.
• Build strong client and colleague relationships and manage expectations.
• Deliver high-quality service while achieving performance goals and team success.
