Job summary

Coinspaid Dev, the engineering brand of Coinspaid, is seeking a Middle Atlassian Administrator to optimize Jira Cloud, Jira Service Management, and Confluence Cloud. You will implement automations, build integrations, and streamline internal workflows to minimize manual work.

You will work in a fully remote setup supporting international teams, with access to flexible benefits, growth opportunities, and a collaborative, proactive culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud administration.
• Experience with Jira Service Management configuration.
• Strong knowledge of Jira workflows, permissions, and automation.
• Experience with Atlassian REST APIs and custom integrations.
• Programming in JavaScript, Groovy or Java.
• Good communication and independent work capability.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Jira Cloud, JSM, and Confluence Cloud.
• Configure projects, workflows, issue types, fields, screens, and permissions.
• Optimize JSM projects: request types, forms, queues, SLAs, approvals.
• Design automations using Jira Automation and other tools.
• Build integrations with HRIS, Slack, and internal systems.
• Document workflows and automation solutions.
• Improve reliability and performance of internal tools.
