Job summary

Sanford Health in Remote NE is seeking an HR Technology Associate Analyst to support the HR technology portfolio, maintain applications, and participate in new projects. You will provide first-level IT support across HR teams and ensure data integrity while meeting SLAs.

Responsibilities include HRIS processes, data entry, testing, reporting, and documentation. You will collaborate with end users to gather requirements and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, education, computer science, information management or related discipline.
• One year of experience in implementing and supporting technology systems with experience in human resources and learning systems preferred. Experience in Healthcare and/or Insurance industry helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the HR technology portfolio including basic maintenance of existing applications and involvement in new projects.
• Provide first-level support and maintenance in IT, COEs, HRSPs and HRSS with all new HR technology implementations.
• Support day-to-day operations through handling and resolution of cases in ServiceNow in line with SLAs.
• Assist in data integrity, report writing and data requirements analysis; run recurring HRIS processes and data entry as needed.
• Develop and test job aids, establish procedures and documentation, and collaborate with end users to gather requirements.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, education, computer science, information management or related discipline
