Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking an HR Technology Associate Analyst to support the HR technology portfolio, maintain existing applications, and participate in new projects across IT, COEs, HRSPs, and HRSS. The role emphasizes data integrity, reporting, and timely data handling.

The position involves handling ServiceNow cases, assisting subject matter experts with data requirements, and contributing to HRIS modifications and testing. A Bachelor's degree and healthcare/insurance experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, education, computer science, information management or related discipline.
• One year of experience in implementing and supporting technology systems with experience in human resources and learning systems preferred.
• Experience in Healthcare and/or Insurance industry helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the HR technology portfolio including basic maintenance of existing applications.
• Handle and resolve ServiceNow cases in line with SLAs.
• Assist with HRIS data requests, reporting, and data integrity validations.
• Support HR technology implementations and testing activities.
