Keyfactor is seeking an Associate Technical Account Manager to support the post-sale technical relationship for a portfolio of customer accounts, helping customers achieve successful adoption of our security infrastructure solutions. You will work with more senior team members to address routine needs, coordinate issue resolution, and monitor account health and usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Up to 2 years in a technical account or customer-facing role.
• Foundational knowledge of enterprise software and cybersecurity basics.
• Familiar with CRM and case management processes.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support post-sale technical relationships for an account portfolio.
• Assist with adoption of company solutions and provide guidance.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members.
• Monitor usage trends and identify adoption gaps.
• Coordinate with Support, CS, Product, and Engineering.
• Document meeting notes and action items accurately.
• Participate in onboarding and recurring account meetings.
• Maintain understanding of customer environments and goals.
• Contribute to customer-facing docs and knowledge resources.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
