Job summary

Keyfactor is seeking an Associate Technical Account Manager to manage post-sale technical relationships for a portfolio of customers in the USA. The role helps customers adopt Keyfactor solutions and coordinates with Support, CS, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues while tracking usage and adoption.

You will support onboarding, run technical check-ins, and maintain strong written and verbal communication with customers and internal teams, all while learning and expanding your knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Up to 2 years in related customer-facing technical roles.
• Knowledge of enterprise software environments and support processes.
• Ability to explain routine technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support post-sale technical relationship for a portfolio of accounts.
• Guide adoption of company solutions and outline next steps.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed.
• Monitor activity, cases, and usage trends for risks or gaps.
• Coordinate with Support, CS, Product and Engineering to resolve issues.
• Prepare meeting notes and document updates in internal systems.
• Participate in onboarding, technical check-ins, and recurring meetings.
• Maintain understanding of customer environments and goals.
• Contribute to customer-facing docs and internal knowledge.
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.
