Qualifications

• Up to two years of professional experience in a technical capacity (internships, support, sysadmin, or related roles).
• Foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience applying AI-driven tooling.
• Solid grasp of core internetworking principles, especially TCP/IP.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customer empathy and bias for action.
• Demonstrated growth mindset and ability to absorb feedback from senior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver introductory technical discovery, product positioning, and architecture walkthroughs for distributors, partners, and internal teams.
• Support live product demonstrations and sessions with senior engineers during co-selling cycles.
• Set up, manage, and troubleshoot sandbox or lab environments; produce reusable technical assets and docs.
• Help run partner enablement programs, onboarding tracks, technical training events, and hands-on workshops.
• Collaborate with regional colleagues to map architectures to customer requirements and provide cross-regional coverage.
