Job summary

Advanced Sterilization Products, Inc. is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to report to the Regional Sales Director. You will collaborate with Account Managers to serve as a trusted advisor to customers, partnering with Sterile Processing Departments to determine solutions to their challenges.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
0–2 years of customer-facing experience in a corporate environment.
Prior B2B sales experience preferred.
Valid US driver's license.
Travel up to 75% (including air travel) and willingness to work in hospital environments.
Residence within defined territory.

Responsibilities

Develop and nurture relationships with assigned customers and provide trusted consultation throughout the customer journey.
Cold call outside of assigned accounts to create leads for ASP products and services.
Collaborate with Account Managers to deliver tailored solutions, including product demonstrations and training presentations.
Assist in developing and executing strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.
