Job summary

Steris Corporation is seeking an Associate Territory Manager for the Pittsburgh, PA area in a remote-based role. You will support Territory Managers with customer-facing activities, product positioning, and post-sales service, including trials and in-services.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree (or an associate degree with 3 years of sales/clinical hospital experience), travel up to 80%, and completion of product training modules on hire.

Qualifications

• 1 year of documented successful sales or clinical hospital experience.
• Associate’s degree with 3 years of sales or clinical hospital experience acceptable.
• Ability to travel overnight up to 80%.
• Successful completion of product training modules required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist Territory Managers to support Customer-facing activities.
• Support product knowledge and communicate benefits to customers.
• Provide on-site support for trials and in-services when applicable.
• Maintain relationships with OR, SPD, Risk Management, ED, and nursing staff.
• Record customer feedback and communicate with team members.
