Fortive's Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP) seeks an Associate Sales Representative to work remotely in the US, ideally near New Jersey. You’ll report to the Regional Sales Director and partner with Account Managers to act as a trusted advisor to SPD customers, helping identify solutions and drive ASP product adoption.

This early-career role emphasizes relationship-building, product demonstrations, training, and collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 0–2 years of customer-facing experience in a corporate environment (entry-level).
• Valid US driver’s license is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% (air travel).
• Comfortable working in hospital environments.
• Residence within defined territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with assigned customers, providing trusted consultation and support throughout the customer journey.
• Cold call outside of assigned accounts to create leads for ASP products and services.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions, including product demonstrations, training presentations and in-servicing.
• Assist in developing and executing strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and maximize impact of ASP solutions.
• Provide hands-on support to customers, ensuring optimal utilization and effectiveness of our products and services.
• Work closely with internal teams to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and uphold our commitment to seamless customer experiences.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support various projects such as new product launches or process improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, identifying growth opportunities and proactively addressing customer needs.
• Engage with local chapters of professional organizations to foster connections and stay informed.
• Leverage tools and dashboards to analyze sales performance and drive continuous improvement.
