Job summary

Jobgether SRL, listing on behalf of a partner, is seeking an Associate Sales Engineer for the SE Desk in the U.S. Midwest. The role blends technical sales support across connected operations, IoT, AI, and computer vision, with close collaboration to customers and sales teams.

You will conduct customer discovery, support standard demonstrations, assist with API integrations, and translate technical feedback between customers, sales, and product teams in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 1+ year of experience working directly with customers in a pre-sales, sales engineering, technical support, or similar capacity is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong expertise in connected operations products and technologies spanning IoT, AI, computer vision, hardware, and software.
• Conduct efficient customer discovery to understand business and technical requirements and address technical questions.
• Provide technical support for demonstrations, account coverage, and temporary technical needs across the sales organization.
• Explain device installation and deployment requirements clearly enough to guide prospects and customers remotely.
• Educate customers on APIs and deploy scripts using APIs into testing environments when required.
• Support Account Executives by providing technical expertise throughout customer engagements.
• Serve as a liaison between product and sales teams, translating technical feedback.
• Build trusted relationships with customers by understanding their environments and needs.
• Collaborate with sales and technical colleagues to share knowledge and best practices.
