Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Associate Renewals Manager to help maximize retention for our growing, enterprise customers. The role involves coordinating renewals by phone, video and email and aligning renewals with customers' goals to protect ARR.

You will collaborate with Sales and Customer Success, review license usage, generate renewal quotes, and ensure timely closure. This remote role supports a global client base and values growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B software sales, preferably renewals.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Effective communicator with collaborative mindset.
• Experience with DevOps or software lifecycle is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer retention rates through effective sales techniques over phone, video and email.
• Execute the renewal process to retain or expand ARR.
• Evaluate license usage and complete true-up requirements.
• Understand customer's business needs to generate renewal quotes.
• Provide renewals administration support to Renewals Managers and Account Executives.
• Ensure renewals are closed on a timely basis.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success on renewals strategy using analytics.
• Liaise with customers to ensure POs and orders are completed for internal approvals.
