Job summary

JLL is seeking an Associate Project Manager to join a dynamic team shaping a brighter way for clients and employees. This hourly role offers 40 hours/week, with overtime paid at 1.5x for hours over 40, pending manager approval.

You will support project development, budgeting, schedule, and quality control across real estate projects. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in a related field and 2–4 years of PM experience in real estate, with strong communication and PM software skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in project management or related roles within real estate.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Experience in managing small to medium-scale projects from initiation through completion.
Knowledge of real estate industry best practices and construction processes.

Responsibilities

Project coordination: assist the project manager in overseeing all aspects of development and execution.
Stakeholder management: engage with clients, consultants, and contractors for effective communication.
Risk assessment: identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Contract administration: review, negotiate, and administer contracts with vendors.
Project documentation: maintain plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
Financial management: monitor project financials and budgets.
Team support: coordinate meetings, prepare presentations, and assist with tasks.
