Job summary

JLL is seeking an Associate Project Manager (Hourly) to join our PDS Projects P1 team. This role offers 40 hours per week, with overtime at 1.5x hourly rate and manager approval.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in architecture/engineering/construction management, 2–4 years in project management within real estate, and strong organizational and communication skills. Travel may be required, and visa sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in project management or related roles within the real estate industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder relationships.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Experience managing small to medium-scale projects from initiation to completion.
• Knowledge of real estate industry best practices and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project manager in overseeing all aspects of project development and execution, including budget management and schedule adherence.
• Engage with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Support in reviewing, negotiating, and administering contracts with vendors and suppliers.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Monitor project financial performance and maintain budget records.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare presentations, and assist with project-related tasks.
