Qualifications

• 2-4 years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and support project manager across development, budget, and schedule.
• Monitor project financials and maintain budget records.
• Engage clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure clear communication.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Review and assist with contract administration with vendors.
• Maintain project documentation including plans, reports, and minutes.
• Support the team with meeting coordination and present preparations.
