Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our team. You will support the development, delivery, and optimization of assigned product(s) throughout their lifecycle, collaborating with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to translate business goals and customer needs into actionable initiatives.

Responsibilities include market research, roadmapping support, and maintaining product documentation while ensuring compliance with brand and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• 1 year of experience in product management, product development, project management, or related experience, preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, PBM, biomedical, or digital health industries is preferred.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing products through lifecycle stages including development, launch, and optimization.
• Support creation and maintenance of product roadmaps, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and support enhancements.
• Maintain and update product documentation, templates, and communication materials per brand and regulatory standards.
• Conduct opportunity analyses for assigned products with account management.
• Participate in client implementations and support internal stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure product compliance.
• Apply basic project management techniques to support scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Assist in cross-functional projects to determine product requirements and system enhancements.
