Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our team in advancing assigned product(s) through their lifecycle. You will collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to translate business goals and customer needs into actionable initiatives, conduct market research, and help manage product documentation and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• 1 year of experience in product management, product development, project management, or related experience, preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, PBM, biomedical, or digital health industries is preferred.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsabilités

• Assist in managing products through lifecycle stages including development, launch, and optimization.
• Support the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and support enhancements.
• Maintain and update product documentation, templates, and communications per brand/regulatory standards.
• Deliver opportunity analyses for assigned products with account management.
• Participate in client implementations and support internal stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and relevance.
• Apply basic project management techniques to support scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Assist in cross-functional projects to determine product requirements and system enhancements.
• Other duties as assigned.
