Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks an Associate Product Manager to help develop, deliver, and optimize products across their lifecycle. You’ll work with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to translate business goals and customer needs into actionable initiatives, conduct market research, and support product documentation and performance tracking.

You’ll collaborate on roadmaps, gather customer feedback, and assist in client implementations while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1 year of experience in product management, product development, project management, or related experience.
• Experience in healthcare, PBM, biomedical, or digital health industries preferred.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing products through lifecycle stages including development, launch, and optimization.
• Support creation and maintenance of product roadmaps, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and support enhancements.
• Maintain and update product documentation, templates, and communications per brand and regulatory standards.
• Conduct opportunity analyses for assigned products with account management.
• Participate in client implementations and support internal stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure product compliance.
• Apply basic project management techniques to support scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Assist in cross-functional projects to determine product requirements and system enhancements.
