Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our team. The role supports development, delivery, and optimization of assigned products, collaborating with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to translate business goals and customer needs into actionable initiatives.

You will contribute to product strategy, conduct market and user research, and help manage product documentation and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• 1 year of experience in product management, product development, project management, or related experience, preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, PBM, biomedical, or digital health industries is preferred.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing products through lifecycle stages including development, launch, and optimization.
• Support creation and maintenance of product roadmaps, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Define product requirements with cross-functional teams and support enhancements.
• Maintain and update product documentation and communications per brand/regulatory standards.
• Deliver opportunity analyses for assigned products with account management teams.
• Participate in client implementations and support internal stakeholders.
• Monitor regulatory changes to ensure product compliance and relevance.
• Apply basic project management techniques to support scope and timelines.
• Assist in cross-functional projects to determine product requirements and system enhancements.
