Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an Associate Product Manager to help develop, launch, and optimize products across their lifecycle. You will work with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to translate business goals into actionable initiatives and maintain product documentation.

The role emphasizes market and user research, product requirement definitions, and collaboration to ensure compliance and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• 1 year of product management, product development, or project management experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, PBM, biomedical, or digital health industries preferred.
• Support compliance program objectives and cooperate with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing products through lifecycle stages including development, launch, and optimization.
• Support creation and maintenance of roadmaps, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform decisions.
• Define product requirements with cross-functional teams and support timely execution.
• Maintain product documentation and communications in line with brand/regulatory standards.
• Contribute analyses for assigned products with account management input.
• Participate in client implementations and assist internal stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure relevance.
• Apply basic project management to support scope, timelines, deliverables.
• Assist cross-functional projects to determine requirements and enhancements.
