Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our team. The Associate Product Manager supports the development, delivery, and optimization of assigned product(s) throughout their lifecycle, working closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to translate business goals and customer needs into actionable product initiatives.

The role contributes to product strategy, conducts market and user research, and helps manage product documentation and performance

Competenze

• 1 year of experience in product management, product development, project management, or related experience.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy benefit management, biomedical, or digital health industries preferred.
• Participation in and support of compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with colleagues.

Mansioni

• Assist in managing products through lifecycle stages including development, launch, and optimization.
• Support creation and maintenance of product roadmaps, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and support enhancements.
• Maintain and update product documentation and communication materials per brand and regulatory standards.
• Conduct opportunity analyses for assigned products with account management teams.
• Participate in client implementations and provide support to internal stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure product compliance.
• Apply basic project management techniques to support scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Assist in cross-functional projects to determine product requirements and system enhancements.
