Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 1 year of experience in product management or related field preferred.
• Healthcare, PBM, biomedical, or digital health industries experience preferred.
• Participation in compliance objectives and ability to collaborate with others.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing products through development, launch, and optimization.
• Support the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and ensure timely execution of projects.
• Maintain product documentation and communication materials in line with brand and regulatory standards.
• Conduct and deliver opportunity analyses with account management teams.
• Participate in client implementations and support internal stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure product compliance and relevance.
• Apply basic project management techniques to support scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Assist in cross-functional projects to determine product requirements and system enhancements.
• Other duties as assigned.
