Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our team. The role supports the development, delivery, and optimization of assigned products throughout their lifecycle, collaborating with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to translate business goals into actionable initiatives.

You will conduct market and user research, help manage product documentation, and track performance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in product management or related fields preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, PBM, biomedical, or digital health is preferred.
• Ability to comply with program objectives and collaborate with teammates.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in managing products through lifecycle stages including development, launch, and optimization.
• Support creation and maintenance of product roadmaps, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Define product requirements with cross-functional teams and ensure timely execution of projects.
• Maintain and update product documentation, templates, and communications per brand and regulatory standards.
• Produce opportunity analyses for assigned products in consultation with account management teams.
• Participate in client implementations and support internal stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure product compliance and relevance.
• Apply basic project management techniques to support scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Assist in cross-functional projects to determine product requirements and system enhancements.
• Other duties as assigned.
