Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks an Associate Product Manager to support the development, delivery, and optimization of assigned product(s) throughout their lifecycle. You will work with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to translate business goals and customer needs into actionable product initiatives, guiding strategy, research, documentation, and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 1 year of product management or related experience preferred.
• Healthcare, PBM, biomedical, or digital health experience preferred.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• The ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing products through lifecycle stages.
• Support creation and maintenance of product roadmaps, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Define product requirements with cross-functional teams and support enhancements.
• Maintain product documentation and communications per standards.
• Deliver opportunity analyses for assigned product(s) with account management.
• Participate in client implementations and support internal stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
• Apply basic project management techniques to support scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Assist cross-functional projects to determine product requirements and system enhancements.
