Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal counsel on employment and labor matters, including workforce issues and compliance.
• Oversee litigation portfolio and manage external counsel and budget.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements and contracts.
• Advise on regulatory obligations and enterprise risk management across the organization.
