Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Current license to practice law in the United States, in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of legal practice experience in law firms, corporations, or government.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal counsel on US labor and employment law across the organization.
• Advise on accommodation requests, leave, wage-hour compliance, investigations, discrimination, and employment litigation.
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment agreements, offer letters, non-compete clauses, and related documents.
