Jobgether is seeking a Senior Counsel, Partners & Channel based in the United States to support global partnerships and indirect distribution. The role emphasizes complex negotiations, scalable legal frameworks, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

As an early member of the legal team, you will shape contracting processes and provide practical guidance while supporting international expansion and commercial growth. Remote work is available within the United States.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. state bar membership.
• 6+ years of relevant legal experience in tech partnerships and channel transactions.
• Experience structuring and negotiating complex commercial agreements.

Responsabilités

• Lead structuring, drafting, review, and negotiation of global partnership agreements (reseller, MSP, OEM, etc.).
• Negotiate services agreements with system integrators and partners.
• Advise leadership on transaction structures, terms, and risk.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Privacy, Security, Finance, Tax, Engineering, and Compliance teams.
• Develop templates, playbooks, and streamlined contracting workflows.
