Job summary

Jobgether seeks an experienced in-house counsel to provide strategic employment law guidance, lead workplace investigations, and oversee litigation. The role also drafts and negotiates complex contracts and strengthens regulatory compliance across the organization.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive risk management, support executive decisions, and supervise the Privacy Officer & Corporate Counsel. Remote US-based work is permissible with required screenings.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. license to practice.
• At least seven years of progressively responsible legal experience.
• In-house counsel experience with business-oriented guidance.
• Experience managing litigation strategies and outside counsel.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic counsel on employment and labor matters.
• Oversee litigation portfolio and coordinate responses to probes and investigations.
• Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial contracts.
• Advise on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
• Lead the Privacy Officer & Corporate Counsel and standardize templates.
