Elevation Capital is seeking an Associate General Counsel to shape the legal strategy across the group’s diverse businesses. You will draft and negotiate critical agreements, advise executives, and help scale operations while maintaining high integrity.

The role offers remote work from home in the United States, requires 2–5 years of licensed practice in the US or Canada, a JD, and a track record of clear, business-minded counsel.

Qualifications

• J.D. from a US/Canadian-accredited law school and licensed to practice in the US or Canada.
• 2–5 years of licensed attorney experience in a law firm or in-house counsel.
• Strong written and verbal communication with sound legal and business judgment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and manage a range of commercial agreements and NDAs.
• Provide day-to-day legal advice across multiple business units.
• Lead contract drafting and policy review; handle disputes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and outside counsel.
• Support employment-related topics and regulatory considerations.
• Monitor evolving laws and industry trends to guide strategy.
